This month’s issue of Garden Answers is a special edition celebrating HM Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee.

June is peak rose season and as a nod to the special events we have selected some wonderful roses with a royal connection, perfect for marking the occasion. In fact, this issue is positively overflowing with the most gorgeous blooms; we also feature a rose-packed garden that's a haven for wildlife, a garden with striking vertical growing spaces covered with clematis, hot and dazzling daylilies, and a how-to guide for making a striking patriotic red, white and blue border.

Plus, there are practical tips on what to do this month in your garden, how to transform a bare driveway into a stylish and sustainable plot, and an unusual new way of growing container courgettes. Last but not least, everyone is also being encouraged to plant a tree this year for The Queen's Green Canopy project, and so we have included a guide to the best tree to choose, even if you have a small garden.

Whatever your reason to celebrate this summer, whether you are having a gala picnic with friends and family for the Jubilee, or just growing some new and amazing plants, your garden is the perfect place to do it. This issue of Garden Answers is packed with ideas on how to do it with flair.
